Millenium Village...

Leybrook Guest House Bed and Breakfast in Ketley is just a stones throw from East Ketley Millennium Community. The site is currently being re-developed as part of the Millennium Communities Programme.

Jointly owned by English Partnerships and the Borough of Telford and Wrekin. The site, originally a 3500 acre brownfield site north-west of Telford town centre, had a history of old mineshafts, colliery spoil, and a disused golf driving range.

The Millenium Village (as the locals call it) will consist of around 750 new homes and some live/work units, a new primary school, some small offices and retail and leisure services. We have a Number of Contractors stay with us whilst working on this project.
